Import Process

Our import process start with a Request for Quotation popularly known as an RFQ where we use your car details like Chassis Number and Part Number to source for your part at the best available price. We offer shipping by Air and Sea and clear your part. Once the part has been sourced, clients are required to make a 50% deposit. Shipping by air takes about 5 to 10 days whereas shipping by sea takes between 25 and 35 days for heavy parts. The part is collected/delivered upon which the remaining 50% amount is paid.

Create an RFQ

Our Process

This is the complete life cycle of the part ordering and delivery

RFQ

Create and RFQ with your car details, if you do not have the part number, your vehicle model and chassis number will assist in the part number identification. You can opt to receive quotation for new and used parts

QUOTATION

After we receive your RFQ, we will liase with OEMs and identify the part and make a quotation for your required part

DEPOSIT

At this point, we require a 50% deposit upon which we will initiate the shipping of the part for delivery

DELIVERY

Once we receive the part, we will arrange for delivery/collection at which point the remaining funds will be sent. We offer a 100,000 KM guarantee for most parts and a refund if the part is incompatible

DISCOUNTED PRICES

Our arrangement with OEMs ensures we get parts at unbeatable prices! Upto 60% off the market prices and sometimes cheaper than second hand parts

REFUNDS

We offer a full refund if a part is incompatible upon installation or initiate a replacement immediately

WORLD CLASS MECHANICS

We have sourced the best mechanics from Inchcape (BMW and Range Rover service center), CFAO (Toyota, Mercedes, VAG - VolksWagen Audi Group service center) and other specialist mechanics
